The consultation form on this site asks for your name, email address, telephone number and a short description of your matter. Two hidden fields are submitted with it, recording that the enquiry came from contractorlaw.com and that it concerns construction law. The attorney enquiry form on the Attorneys page asks for your name, email address, telephone number, a description of your issue, and your consent to be contacted.
You choose what to put in the description field. Please keep it brief. Until an attorney-client relationship exists, information you send is not protected by the attorney-client privilege — so do not send confidential or time-sensitive material through this site.
Like any website, this site is served by infrastructure that keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.
